In a typical Premium Food Tour, we focus on restaurants with top quality ingredients and surroundings. We will make a stop at one of the most special restaurants in Ibiza, the "salon" of chef Boris. This wonderful chef worked in a famous Michelin star restaurant in Copenhagen and on the Premium Food Tour he prepared 3 amazing tapas, made with the best local seasonal products grown on the island.

On the Premium Tour, we are delighted to sometimes include a wonderful tea room, where we sample a premium infusion of wild herbs hand-picked in Ibiza, along with traditional artisan pastries made in Ibiza.

We are delighted to have recently added to the Premium Tour a wonderful new Peruvian restaurant serving typical Peruvian dishes with a Japanese twist. Located in a carefully restored bicentennial building in Dalt Vila, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, it is a delight for both the palate and the eye.

With Ibiza's largest and most prestigious ham supplier, we will learn about the incredible Pata Negra, the black Iberian pig, and the curing process that gives rise to the surprisingly sweet and complex flavors of Jamón Ibérico. On the Premium Tour we taste 3 hams, including the 100% premium Acorn-fed Ibérico Jamón Ibérico de Bellota.

A very popular stop is at a peculiar place that serves a premium sandwich that was a finalist in a prestigious gastronomic contest in Spain. We finish the tour tasting delicious locally produced ice cream at the oldest ice cream parlor in Ibiza.
