VISIT AN OLEOTECA AND TASTE ITS PRODUCTS

GASTRONOMY

The expansion of local food products from organic farms over the last 10 years has been quite amazing. However, there now seems to be more demand than production, so we still have a long way to go before we reach the goal of supplying that demand.

Discover the first oleoteca of the island of Ibiza, where you can taste in their dishes the oil made on the farm itself and organic farming. The oleoteca is completed by a store of products of Ibiza where besides the EVOO of the farm, you can buy more products of 100% Ibicencan origin: jams, Ibicencan herbs, salt, wines, cosmetics, etc.

The staff explains to visitors the origin and production method of EVOO, as well as the importance and qualities of an extra virgin olive oil, you can walk around the farm and see firsthand the process of making extra virgin olive oil and taste oil tasting and its different varieties. With the tasting of oils will also be served some typical Ibizan cakes and cheese from Ibiza and a small gift.
